The workshops shall last for six days and will consist of two three-hour sessions between 09:00 and 20:00, with a lunch break. Students can chose one day dance workshops.
– The workshops will be conducted in Greek and, where necessary there shall be intepretation
– Classes will take place in indoor spaces and in specially arranged shaded outdoor areas in Ktismata.
– Musical and dance activities and concerts will follow according to the program.

– The participation fee for all music workshops is €180, while the fee for the 5-day traditional dance workshop is €100 and the one-day workshop is €20. VAT is included..
– Accommodation costs are the responsibility of the participants. Transportation from neighboring villages to and from Ktismata will be provided free of charge.
– A rich buffet lunch will be available in designated areas There will also be 2 coffee shops/tavers in Ktismata
– Admission to all activities and concerts will be free for everyone.

– To reserve a place, a deposit of €50 is required in addition to the participation application. If, for any reason—such as insufficient skill level or the maximum number of participants being reached—your application is not accepted, the deposit will be refunded.

If the minimum amount of participants for any workshop/seminar is not attained the deposit will be refunded. If you ultimately do not attend, the deposit will be retained. For the one day dance workshops the deposit for one day is €20, for 2 days is €40 and for 3-5 days is €50.
– The remaining balance must be paid before July 27th.
– Any bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the participants, not the organizers.
– Deposit payments must be completed by June 30th.
